The year 2024 is already drawing to a close...and once again: what a year! But before we bring it to a close, let's take a step back and recap everything that happened at Digidop in 2024.
1. Agency highlights
Agency, Community, Media: we remained active and growing in our 3 historical scopes.
1.1 Key figures for the agency in 2024
- 35 companies supported in their web strategy with a variety of services: consulting and strategy, web design, Webflow and JavaScript development, and maintenance. One of our most popular offerings continues to be our turnkey marketing site.
- 19 complete redesigns: a fine illustration of the success of our turnkey offering!
- Collaboration with over 125 CMOs, CPOs, CTOs and CEOs: the strategic issues surrounding websites enable us to work closely with a wide range of C-levels from a variety of sectors. A mutually enriching collaboration.
- +54% increase in sales compared with 2023
- 80% full-inbound customer acquisition (64.8% SEO / 9.1% YouTube / 3.1% LinkedIn)
1.2 Community
True to our DNA and as active members of the Webflow Worldwide program (Webflow Chapter France), we have participated in and co-organized numerous events with our partners around the Figma and Webflow web design and development tools. Among them :
- Co-organization and sponsorship of 3 major events: Figma Watch Party 2024, Webflow x Flomodia CTO, Webflow Watch Party 2024
- Speaker at Friends of Figma Paris: On February 28th, we were invited by Friends of Figma to share our vision of "How to break the barriers between marketing, design and development teams".
- Tampa Bay Webflow Meetup, Florida: While on the East Coast, we took the opportunity to take part in a Webflow Meetup with local players.
- Participation in Webflow Conf London 2024: This year, the whole team crossed the Channel to London!
- Participation and presentation at FLOWconf: FLOWconf 2024 brought together over 200 Webflow enthusiasts, and Digidop took part as a speaker for three days in Niš. Read more about this major European event in this article.
- Interventions at two university schools: Thibaut and Pierre spoke at the Wild Code School to share the agency's processes and operations with web design students. As for Florian, he spoke at the University of Lille on the subject of low-code and AI as part of the Mine2rien program.
And, of course, we didn't stop there in sharing. We have continued our efforts in multi-platform content creation with sustained activity.

Sustained content production, resulting in remarkable growth on all our platforms (*% growth compared with 2023):
- YouTube: 9,000 subscribers (+68.8%)
- Instagram: 2,800 followers (+478.31%) - the overhaul of the strategy and account is bearing spectacular fruit.

- Les Tips de Thibz" training: 24 free episodes in French available on YouTube to learn how to use Webflow.
- digidop.fr website refresh: new services highlighted, home page and services pages redesigned.
- Participation in the first-ever Webflow Partner Summit: Last July, we traveled to Toronto to participate in the first-ever Webflow Partner Summit as a Webflow Premium Partner.
- Publication of the video on the history of Digidop: A 3-minute video presenting the agency, produced by Heka.

This year, our teams have had the opportunity to work in a variety of interesting business sectors. And although these fields are very different, the challenges faced by the Marketing, IT, Product and Development teams are often similar from one company to another.
2.1 Our customers' main interests
In 2024, our customers' expectations evolved around several major trends for their web strategies. Here are those that marked our year of collaboration:
- Gaining autonomy: The priority for 100% of our customers this year has been to manage their sites in-house, with flexibility and simplicity for marketing and design teams in particular.
- Differentiation: Building a strong, differentiating web identity has been key to helping our customers stand out from their competitors.
- Internalize SEO: More and more of our customers are choosing to manage their SEO in-house, with a focus on more unique, accurate and impactful content.
- Integrate with IT tools: the website has become a central piece, requiring fluid integrations with multi-team tools (CRM, analytics, HR, etc.).
- Analyze and test: Our customers seek to better understand their data in order to take concrete action on their website.
- Adopt AI: AI integrations are increasingly in demand to address specific issues, including: optimizing productivity, strengthening analysis and test & learn, offering differentiating user experiences.

- Teampact Ventures - the fund that brings together Karabatic, Varane and Alan's co-founder, raises 20 million euros
- Growl - raises $4.75 million and launches its product, covered by numerous media.
- MORFO - joins forces with Future Climate, marking its entry into the carbon market.

4. Our strategic partners in 2024
In 2024, our growth was driven by strategic partnerships, with trusted companies, that enabled us to expand our services and meet the varied challenges of our customers. These include:
Code.store - for the most complex technical challenges
This year, we formalized our collaboration with Code.store, a key partner for supporting technical projects that go beyond the traditional framework of marketing sites. Business applications, web platforms, solutions integrating AI... invaluable technical expertise, particularly for connecting Webflow projects to other complex web environments.
Flomodia - the creative studio with the most original concepts
For several years now, Flomodia has been our partner for the creation of inspiring and differentiating content. In 2024, we strengthened our ties with them not only by redesigning their website, but also by calling on them to organize our major events, such as the Figma Config 2024 or the Webflow Watch Party 2024.
Heka - impact through video
In 2024, it was the production of a video for our agency, and the redesign of their visual identity and website that marked the beginning of our collaboration with Heka. Since then, they've become a trusted partner for the creation of professional video content, tailored to the needs of our customers in all sectors.
La Combine - Motion design and 3D experts
Specialists in 3D animation, La Combine had already worked with us toannounce our rebranding in 2023. This year, some of our customers were able to benefit from their expertise in motion design and 3D, to create ever more immersive and realistic visual elements.
Webflow - our strategic pillar
Finally, how can we talk about partnerships without mentioning Webflow, at the heart of our DNA. Our close ties - notably with their product, sales and technical teams - have once again enabled us to be :
- direct support for our customers, especially in Enterprise issues,
- a contributor to product evolution,
- a major relay for the solution in France.
And once again this year, there were many opportunities to strengthen our ties with Webflow, notably at the Webflow Partner Summit in Toronto and at Webflow Conf London 2024.
We'd like to thank our partners for all their hard work in 2024, and we're proud to be working with them again in 2025 - so that together we can tackle even more ambitious projects.
5. Challenges encountered
But, of course, not everything is rosy. This year, we've also encountered setbacks, challenges and slowdowns.
To start with the failures; two YouTube projects were halted, the Build to Grow initiative and the creation of Vlogs. We also lacked the organization to develop and finalize our 360° partnership strategy by the end of 2024.
The year was also particularly challenging in a context of shrinking marketing budgets and fierce competition. We had to remain vigilant to maintain our margins while promoting our offers and expertise in a hyper-competitive market.
Finally, the last quarter was marked by a noticeable slowdown in content creation on all our platforms. We were unable to meet the challenge of maintaining consistency in our ambitious programming on YouTube.
This slowdown can also be explained by a well-considered decision to focus our time and energy on other subjects, in preparation for 2025.
6. Vision for 2025
And for 2025, the roadmap is clear, with ambitious new objectives:
- Expand internationally.
- Develop two new offers: strategic consulting and customer support.
- Focus on partnerships to offer 360° solutions.
- Recruit 2 to 3 new team members (Webflow development).
- Organize and participate in new events.
All this without losing the DNA of Digidop and continuing to create content on our various media and platforms.
7. Acknowledgement & conclusion
As you can see, 2024 has been a year of great successes, with rewarding collaborations, landmark events and sustained growth. We are particularly proud of our customers' successes, our new partnerships, and the many projects we have completed.
