An outsourced tech team
Since December 2021, our agency has been providing Greenly with an outsourced tech team to help them improve their online presence. We work in an a la carte partnership, providing a variety of services on Webflow, including for:
- No-code tool integrations
- Landing page developments on Webflow
- Training of teams on Webflow
- Maintenance and corrections of beugs
- Development of a filtering system on Webflow (CMS)
To collaborate effectively, we use Notion and Slack, and we work exclusively remotely.
Project management
Mission tracking dashboard : Notion
On the project management side, we created an assignment tracking dashboard on Notion for Greenly. This tool allows each team member to add tasks to our to-do list, providing a comprehensive view of assignments, costs, and their progress throughout the month. This allows for better communication between the two teams and ensures effective collaboration.
24 / 7 technical support on Slack
Our agency provides Webflow technical support technical support for Greenly on Slack 24/7. Our dedicated team is constantly ready to respond quickly to all of Greenly's questions and requests to ensure their website is running optimally and reliably at all times. We are available to provide personalized support at any time, allowing Greenly to focus on their mission of reducing the carbon footprint of businesses with peace of mind. By working closely with the Greenly team, we are able to quickly resolve any issues that may arise and provide them with effective solutions to keep their website running smoothly.
Figma UX & UI model
We also worked closely with the Greenly team to create UX and UI mockups for the launch of conversion landing pages. We use the Figma collaborative design platform to develop eye-catching designs, in line with Greenly's graphic charter. We work iteratively with the Greenly team to refine the mockups based on their feedback, until we arrive at a result that perfectly matches their expectations.
Technical integrations: filtering system
We have added a filtering and search function to the Greenly client page to improve the overall user experience. The goal is that the potential Greenly customer can easily find a case similar to their own.
The filtering system is 100% made in webflow and managed by attributes and collections. We did not use a no-code tool such as jetboost to make it work.
