What is it? 

Wondershare PixCut is a background removal software (AI) for images. It allows you to select an object in an image and remove the background around it, making it transparent. This tool is useful for isolating an object from an image and using it in other contexts, such as creating montages or collages.

How does it work? 

• Step 1: Embed an image in PNG or JPG format
• Step 2: PixCut 's artificial intelligence automatically manages the removal of the background of your image by detecting people for example.
• Step 3: Export the image with transparent background
• Step 4:Replace with the background of your choice, a simple color, a textured background, a landscape, etc.

Pixcut has an API that allowed it to develop a Figma extension. The use of this plugin is completely free via an API key to be retrieved on the Pixcut interface.
