Context
Bsport is an all-in-one marketing and management platform, dedicated to helping fitness studios develop their business by automating their operations. After consolidating its position on the national market, Bsport successfully raised funds to accelerate its international expansion. In this context, Digidop was asked to redesign their marketing showcase site, to meet the demands of a globalized market.
Objectives
To support Bsport in its international ambitions, several key challenges had to be met:
- Simplified multi-language management: Facilitate the management of localized versions of the site while ensuring content consistency across different markets.
- Reinforced brand identity: Make the site a faithful reflection of the Bsport brand and its positioning as a world leader.
- Scalability and scalability : create a platform capable of adapting rapidly to market developments and future needs, while minimizing technical constraints.
- SEO optimization and localization: Ensure the visibility of each language version of the site on search engines, while taking into account the cultural specificities of each market.
Solutions
To achieve these objectives, we have implemented a strategy focused on three key areas: localization, scalability and SEO optimization.
1. Webflow Localization: Simplifying multi-language management
Thanks to Webflow Localization, Bsport has simplified the management of its six language versions, enabling marketing teams to update and publish content autonomously, without the intervention of developers.
2. A scalable site designed for international growth
To support Bsport's development, we created a scalable site with a complete design system (components, CMS, style guide), ensuring visual consistency and rapid creation of new pages.
3. International SEO optimization and advanced localization
SEO optimization was a priority to develop the site's global visibility. We implemented a localization strategy adapted to each market, taking into account linguistic and cultural specificities, which improved conversions and made each version of the site relevant and effective for its local audience.
4. Modern, lively design
The site's design combines aesthetics and functionality with a clean, sophisticated visual identity. Dynamic micro-interactions enhance the site's animation and reflect Bsport's upscale image.
5. Autonomy for marketing teams
One of the main successes of the project is the freedom given to marketing teams. With Webflow, they now manage all six versions of the site autonomously, which speeds up content updates and the execution of local campaigns. This flexibility enables them to respond quickly to market needs and rapidly launch new initiatives.
