Founded in 2004, CEO Car Caring is France's leading car concierge. With two decades of experience, the company has developed a know-how that has made it the benchmark for a wide range of mobility players, from companies to distribution networks and rental companies.
For their 20th anniversary, they decided to reposition themselves in order to offer new services and open up to a new target group.
Project issues with Digidop
- Completely reposition CEO Car Caring: The company no longer wanted to be perceived as offering a service that was too exclusive, and sought to break away from its luxury image to adopt a more accessible approach that would open the doors to a new target audience.
- Meeting the needs of these new targets: CEO Car Caring's repositioning has enabled it to develop its range of services, so the challenge was to articulate these different services in a clear and understandable way to meet the needs of each individual.
- Developing CEO Car Caring's visibility: Beyond the repositioning and the new service offering, a major challenge is to make these new services visible on search engines to enable CEO Car Caring to reach its target audience.
- Enabling the team to develop the site autonomously: The ability to update the site internally was essential to enable CEO Car Caring to adapt to the rapidly changing market and develop its visibility even after launch.
Strategy and solutions
- More modern rebranding: To reposition CEO Car Caring, away from an overly exclusive image and open it up to its new target audience, we recreated a more accessible and modern brand, communicating an image more in tune with the wide range of players targeted.
- Redesigned user experience: To meet the specific needs of each of these players, we have also redesigned the user experience to better articulate the different services offered on the site, and make navigation simple and fluid for everyone.
- Scalable CMS: So that CEO Car Caring can evolve and continue to develop its visibility, we designed the entire site with Webflow 's CMS to meet their evolving needs, including the ability to feed the blog or the customer case list, easily and autonomously.
- SEO strategy: Finally, to enable CEO Car Caring to remain a leader while positioning itself to meet new needs, we integrated all this with a strong focus on SEO, to further strengthen CEO Car Caring's online presence while attracting a new target audience.

- More accessible brand image: The new brand identity, more accessible but still professional, opens CEO Car Caring up to its new audience while asserting its position as market leader.
