As a leader in the renewable energy sector, TSE was looking to modernize their online presence to better reflect their expertise and attract new customers.

The Challenge
Before working with Digidop, TSE faced several challenges:
- An obsolete design that no longer matched TSE's graphic identity.
- Complex navigation hampered the user experience and made it difficult to understand their energy solutions.
- Low online visibility due to a site that is not optimized for search engine optimization (SEO).
- A lack of conversion, with visitors not turning into leads or customers.
- A lack of autonomy for marketing teams, who had to constantly call on developers to meet their updating and content creation needs.
The Solution
To meet these challenges, Digidop has implemented a multi-stage strategy:
Analysis and Design
- Complete audit of existing site to identify areas for improvement in terms of design, UX/UI and performance.
- Workshops to determine the business issues and levers we will use for the rest of the project.
- Design of mock-ups on Figma, in close collaboration with TSE, to ensure that every aspect of the site reflects their brand image and objectives.
Development
- Webflowsite development, guaranteeing seamless integration and a responsive site on all devices.
- Implementation of a library of micro and macro components, enabling marketing teams to create new pages independently.
- Design of the content management system (CMS) on Webflow, giving marketing teams the flexibility to manage and update content without the need for development skills.
- OptimizationSEO, including semantic markup practices, load time optimization, redirect plan creation, etc.
- Integration of API connections to link the Webflow site to TSE's internal tools, including their Odoo ERP and CRM, as well as the Taleez recruitment tool, ensuring efficient data synchronization.
Testing and launch
- Interface and accessibility tests to check correspondence with mock-ups and guarantee optimal user experience.
- Technical SEO & integration tests to ensure page performance and check workflows with other tools (Odoo, Taleez)
- Launch of the site with post-launch follow-up to continuously adjust and optimize.
Results
- Autonomy for marketing teams, who can now update site content and launch new campaigns without depending on developers.
