In this case, we ensure that the service provider is located in a country with an adequacy decision from the European Commission or we put in place appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission) with additional technical and organizational security measures (e.g., encryption), if applicable.

7.7 Non-disclosure of personal data
