Finsweet officially unveils version 2 of its class naming methodology for webflow: Client-First
Finsweet unveils the new version of Client-First. Client-first becomes Client-First V2!
What are the differences between V1 and V2?
In broad terms, Client-First V2 is :
- A new integrated technology (Folder),
- Additional explanations,
- Optimization of the use and naming of certain classes: custom classes, utility classes and global classes,
- A new version of the Style Guide Cloneable,
- A new spacing system for the inner margins of the sections
- Heading style: standardization of heading sizes to find the perfect balance between design and SEO
- Sortie d'une nouvelle classe : la classe <inlineflex> (un mix entre une flexbox et la features inline, non natif dans le designer de Webflow)
- Client-first becomes Client-First (capital F)

New feature: folders
The first version of Client-First already allowed you to maintain a global and extremely comprehensive organization in your Webflow site. But now you can go even further with folders. Folders allow you to visually organize your classes into broad categories and much more.
The benefits of using Folders? An even tidier Webflow site!
